Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. If you were placed in a hanidcap room you actually did book that type. Most people don't realise assesible means handicap assesible. However, when avaliable we try to change the booking to a regular queen room. It is an often made, unnoticed mistake, made daily at our hotel, so we understand. We hope that you will come again soon. We have lots of other great rooms to enjoy.
