There was a passenger drop off fee that was not mentioned prior to booking… Which felt a little excessive. The walk to the airport was easy, the shop in the hotel was closed, when it said, it should’ve been open. The bed was nice, but the shower didn’t have great pressure.

We always have a long car journey prior to a flight out from Heathrow so it's so convenient and sensible to stay at The Renaissance Hotel the night before. We are not rushed, dine in the restaurant in the evening and the shuttle buses are very efficient and cheap to use.

The property is close to the airport. The main lobby was very nice and clean but the bedroom halls were old, torn, and should be replaced. I also did not like that each hallway’s doors closed at night. The actual bedrooms were ok nothing fancy but it worked for the one night I was there.
