Nothing wrong with this place they took care of us. They just have a bunch of rooms so it’s easy to see that some rooms might not get 100% of the cleaning/renovations needed. Other than that, they took care of us and blessed to find a room same day

Check in was very slow. Seemed like the reception only had one member of staff on at 3pm when people were trying to check in. This member of staff was very slow, I believe they were doing their best but would have been quicker if had someone else there to help with the process.

Love it at the Leonardo. I last was there in 2016 before recently. I remember enjoying my stay at that time. And it's even better now than I remembered. Great value and there are stores and other places to eat close by. Easy access to busses and trains are another plus.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s a great location for the airport, quiet and the communal areas, bar and restaurant are perfect. This time I found the bed and bedding lacking - I can only assume that before they were less used and therefore more comfortable. Now I know that the comfort of a mattress and bedding / pillows is personal preference however the mattress was hard and lumpy and the pillows were rock hard….. they hurt my ears!!! I did give the feedback the following morning and was given a free coffee whilst I waited for the taxi.
