It wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I don't think the elevator was cleaned once my entire 4 day stay there. I will say this, their staff at the front desk were super helpful and warm.

I was surprise at how quite and relaxing it was, with a location in the heart of a busy city. The bed was very comfotable. I loved how unique the setting was. I was in the city for one night and I enjoyed my stay, I totally forgot I was in NYC. I loved the acces to the transportation. Great location and atmosphere.
