Breakfast was good overall ok stay however the property is in need of upgrades. My room had a septic smell, I stayed here for 3 nights and moved next door to a newer different property and slept much better in a newer cleaner property that offered laundry.

Beds were okay, pillows were not hotel quality, internet was not great and TV had about 25 channels and low quality, but it worked for a quick cheap option. Rooms were clean, air conditioning was good, showers were hot and it was relatively quiet while we were there. Close to most everything in Kokomo so it is convenient."
