We had to complain twice due to the noise from room above was told it was just one person in room but ended up being a whole family with joined rooms and the kids where using it as a playground at midnight! Hotel manager wasnt that bothered we had to go and knock on the rooms ourselves to ask to be quiet. Would not recommend it

conveniently located to travel to West Edmonton Mall for the Brick hockey tournament. Very good buffet organized for the hockey team. Clean hotel rooms. friendly & helpful staff. Snacks & sandwiches available when the restaurant wasn’t open. Security good as card key necessary for elevator use. Large parking lot.

I travel a lot for business and for children’s sports. I am unlikely bringing my children here again. There was what looked exactly like mouse feces in the hideaway bed around what looked like dried up cheddar cheese bits. When we moved rooms, the sheets brought to that room were still dirty and has crusty stuff on them. I brought up my concerns and got the same lip service hotels typically provide. “It’s a third party, not much we can do.” Fair enough. Just stay away. We have pictures.
