"Our room was very nice. Loved the view of the Aspen trees outside our window!! The issues we had were as follows: No down pillows, mattress was too firm, toilet seat was loose. Safety issues: Back door from parking lot to stairwell was unlocked all the time, so anyone could walk into the hallway where rooms were, without going through the lobby, without a key! Major issue! use told front desk, twice. Also there was a man who pulled up in his pick up truck and walked in to eat breakfast, he was clearly not a guest and was just a local who was just stopping in for a free breakfast. His truck was parked outside the front door( not in a parking spot) while he ate and no one asked him if he was a guest. Then he got back in his truck and left. I said something to the staff but they did not seem to care. Overall, the room was decent and we had a nice stay but security is lacking!"

"The staff was great and helpful, and were right on top of keeping the breakfast stocked. We found multiple spiders in our room and other bugs and just did not feel like it was very clean or comfortable because of this. Getting in the room at night was an adventure with hundreds of mosquitoes hovering on the white door that was well lit, but attracted all the night time bugs that wanted to come into our room every time the door opened at night."
