"This is a quality hotel stay at an excellent price. Very clean rooms (we had 2 at the end of April ‘26). This is a very well maintained property in a quiet area. Our room had a full kitchen with full-sized appliances (fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher) and was fully stocked with cooking equipment, plates, etc. There was also a sofa and dining table for four. Highly recommended and 5-stars all the way! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"

"The property was great and located between Frisco and Breckinridge. My 18 yr son and I especially enjoyed the pool table in the garage. Our dog, Benji was able to access the back of the property and I found lots of mtn biking in the area as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. "

"The hot tub was extremely warm, the fireplace didn't work (management was right there to fix it if we wanted!) A number of lightbulbs were burned out. Wasn't a great grill. BUT that said these are all very small things! It was a great place, great location, quiet like stated in ad and WE LOVED IT HERE! We will definitely try to return. Can't say enough good about the response time from management!!! Thank you for an extremely enjoyable trip. "

"The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay great. The tables in the kitchen were great for eating and playing games. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were very nice. The living room area was great and seated all of our family. It was nice having a garage to store all of our equipment. The hot tub was great and had a beautiful view of the mountains."
