"During check-in, copper mountain resorts suffered from a wide-scale door code system failure. Therefore, I want able to get access to the property immediately. The great thing is the host was all over it and I was able to work with security over the weekend to gain access. The encounter had nothing to do with the host. It was a system issue throughout the resort."

"We stayed at this property for 10 days! Highlights: Great setup for families - the bunk bed/king bed combos are super convenient for bigger kids. The third bathroom is a bonus too- not all units in the area have a full third bathroom. Also, the enclosed patio/sun room was AMAZING as a workspace as I had to work remotely while there and had a quiet and sunny place to set up and get things done. The parking garage is also nice with plenty of spots and lots of luggage carts available. The hosts were super responsive and helpful as we did have a few questions during our stay but they were very available and helpful! Things to note: We arrived at 3am and finding the lockbox and gaining access was a bit of a scavenger hunt for our exhausted minds. The host provided great instructions but it still was tricky to sort. Also, the unit only had 4 keys so we did a lot of juggling of keys and had some stresses around that. There was not a blow dryer in the unit when we went - thankfully we checked prior and brought our own. Hopefully that got replaced. "
