"It's cheap, but some rooms are in major need of TLC. My room had a broken toilet handle, nails sticking out of the carpet, trash in the corner, a broken lamp, and a shower rod that barely staid up. I did poke my head into new rooms which were much nicer. Hot tub is nice and friendly staff @ front desk."

"Oh man this place where do I begin, the swimming pool was my favorite part it was huge and went down to 8 ft deep. A true 70’s community pool classic. The rooms while old were well maintained clean and fancy feeling, the hard wood everywhere and the ceramic bathtub?! I mean for real this place is the real deal, the onsite restaurant is pretty decent and their game room 24/7 Excellent value here and amazing views wow. I miss it already!!!"

"The property is very nice, clean, and well kept. The condos are outstanding. The view is hard to beat. I was very impressed with it. The entire condo was very clean and well kept. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an assigned covered parking spot that you can easily fit a full size truck in, there is also a storage space for ski equipment. The clubhouse is nice and easily accessible until like 11pm. There is a pool for the summer guest. My 4 yo son liked the little playground they had. The property is fairly small and everything is less than 3 minute walk from anywhere on the property. The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. We WILL be back. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed. Loved this place!!"

"Place was very nice and very clean, the owners were very communicative and quick to answer any questions. You are about 5-10 minutes from Keystone Gondola. If you are feeling ambitious you can easily make it to Breckenridge and a little farther away but very doable is Vail. Overall the place is perfect for a good size group out on a ski trip!"

"We had a great ski vacation! The house was close to resort and to several activities at Keystone. The short walk to the shuttle was perfect for us. The house was stocked with lots of towels and necessities and the kitchens (yes two) had absolutely everything we needed as far as dishes, cooking items, etc. We all had plenty of room to stretch out at the end of the day with a huge sunken living room complete with TV and fireplace. So cozy!! Plenty of room and beds for the 14 people in our group. Foosball table and hot tub to relax in! Super clean! Amazing views! Stacy checked in to be sure were taken care of. Would absolutely stay again!!!"
