Loved the slight old timey vibe of the place. It had a similar feel to the Stanley Hotel. The staff was friendly. The restaurant had good service and pretty decent food. My only minor complaints were that we missed dinner due to them closing early to change out their menu, and I wish the bathrooms in the room were just a little more up to date (like an exhaust fan, newer toilet, and better toilet paper) but I get it. By no means would these be deal breakers in the future.

So glad we stayed at Hotel Colorado. Dinner was well prepared and delicious.Bison burger for me and trout for my friend. Nice cocktails. Top notch . Outside dining. Even has chairs on the lawn and 2 firepits to enjoy. Hotel has so much history . It's like going back in time. Very well maintained and very clean. Right beside Glenwood Springs Hot Springs an easy walk. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a beautiful and historic hotel! Staying here was a real treat for my husband and me. We loved everything about it—the wide hallways and grand staircase, the photos and decor, the outdoor dining, the trees lit with white lights, and the firepits to gather around and enjoy the evening. The standard king room had a historic feel but was modernized for comfort and convenience. Everything was immaculate. The towels, sheets, and beddings were crisp and clean. The hotel is also within walking distance to downtown Glenwood Springs, where we found fun shops and restaurants. We will stay again and recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you, Hotel Colorado.

This is a beautiful historic hotel. Very special place to stay and visit. The landscaping is gorgeous and smells like heaven. I love this hotel. There is so much history and interesting art and furniture.

Historic, gracious place with good service. Excellent location, easy walk to hot springs and downtown shopping/dining. Didn't like having to pay for parking in an open lot across the street. At the room prices we paid, you could have comped or eliminated the parking fee.
