Great location, Dirty laundry

Pros: The front desk staff was fantastic- friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location was central in town and it had great amenities: pools, hot tub, bikes, breakfast, cheap laundry facilities, and fresh coffee to name a few. Now the cons: Room was dated with wear and tear. The towels and washcloths were stained- they smelled clean, but had brown and black stains. The worst were the bed linens. We saw a stain on the top cover that looked like fecal matter, so we placed the bedding on the floor and asked the front desk to send new linens. When we returned, the old, stained linens had been picked up from the floor and placed back on the bed. Disgusting. The nice lady at the front desk gave us new linens. This time, the sheets were clean, but the blankets had holes in them. Oh, and there were bugs- a small black bug and an earwig. There’s no way I would stay here again based on cleanliness.

This was a great choice for my family. It was conveniently located to a lot of the activities in town. The hotel has plenty of activities like pool, volleyball, cornhole, bikes,ect... for no additional charge

We were comfortable, our room was clean and adequately appointed. Breakfast had good variety and was tasty. The property was undergoing renovations during our stay. Loved the use of stone in the buildings’ architecture- tied the property into the beautiful landscape!
