The front desk clerk was the only good thing about this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. We stayed 2 nights, we were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk, then we proceeded down a carpeted hallway that hadn't been cleaned in YEARS, it was spotted with what looked like animal waste and vomit. Our room was outdated and smelled like smoke. Our toilet stopped working in the night and started to over flow, some lady stood in front of our window most of the night smoking and pick dead flowers from the pots. The smoke was coming thru our heater so we had to shut the heat off in the night, it was 28 at night. The next morning they switched us room, that toilet also had problems and would flush for 10 minutes, with loud squeals. All the bed sheets were stained as well as the towels.The key cards often didnt work and there were rocks by all the doors to prop them open. The property it self needs a good clean and a bit of updating. Overall just avoid this place, there are plenty of good places in Glenwood this isn't one of then.

I tell you what, nothing is ever perfect But the staff and management were great and any problem that arose was taken care of professionally and promptly, I would say it was a good time

It served its purpose and was fairly comfy, but it definitely could have been cleaner. The sheets had stains and the tub wasn't cleaned, it had a mix of rust and mildew on it. I was also without water for some time on Saturday night 10/25.

Pet friendly, clean room and nice staff but TV didnt work and hot tub was out of service, super noisey guests that got told 3 times to quiet down but didn't, was hoping they would get kicked out, didn’t sleep from 3am to 7am because of those guests. Beautiful view.

Breakfast options are very limited. They only had microwavable sandwiches that you have to microwave yourself and the typical muffins and yogurt. I was really looking forward to a nice breakfast with eggs sausage, bacon the typical breakfast at a hotel.
