This was a very nice clean hotel. Our room was oversized and a very pleasant arrangement for two days. The breakfast was average. The only bread the first morning was muffins, the second morning they added bagels, but we did not have bread for toast. The coffee was above average and the waffles quite good. We were traveling with bicycles and felt very comfortable, locking them up and leaving them on our car overnight.

A very clean and pleasant place to stay. The addition of a water park is a major bonus, especially for families traveling with kids. Everything is within walking distance and feels safe.

property was fine. i thought the breakfast options were limited. i think for $300.00/night, it was expensive for a slightly run down place. the girl working at the front desk was very nice and accommodating and she was handling the breakfast plus the desk! kudos to her.

Kind of a strange mix of a hotel - it’s outdated and a little dark, but at the same time it’s terrific for kids, with a decent free breakfast, a fun indoor pool, arcade games, and steps to the gondola to the adventure park. The beds are reasonably comfortable and the room has a fridge. I’m not sure I’d choose it as a single adult, but for families in this area it’s ideal.

Mediocre facility. At check in I was immediately advised No Housekeeping. Pretty much a self service facility. Might consider a kiosk check in, auto dispense key and deal with whatever comes up yourself. Just a change in vacationing.

Our room didn't have a working tv, and the ironing board snelled really bad. When I went to iron my husbands shirt it made it smell like dirty rag. The property itself was good, basic hotel room, but for the price could have been better. The pool was great for our daughter and water was warm. We were given a discount but not sure if we would stay again.

TIRED. Needs a remodel in a big way.

Eek. All the 5-star reviews must have been from a while ago. This place is TIRED. The carpet's almost worn through; stains on every soft surface from lamp shades to curtains. Bed was weird - like it was inflated?? All the doors and trim are beat up. Different color sheets (beige pillow cases, white sheets) make things look dingy. And a nice view -- of I70 with its noise. :( The pool was great, the slide was fun and the hot tub was good. But the rooms were sub-par at best.

I have always stayed here when i come to glenwood. This time the desk staff did not make us feel welcome, said theyd call/text when our room was ready, they did not. Once we got our room they never told us about the usual, wifi, pool hours, breakfast times, etc. they played rap music loud in the lobby, good song but very unprofessional. The continental breakfast sucked. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, yogurt… ill be staying somewhere different from now on

The room was extremely disappointing. It was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable and the A.C. didnt work. We were told they would transfer us rooms and when it came time to make that happen, they gave us every excuse in the book including "management isnt here on the weekends". Maintenance was pleasantly helpful but the front desk staff was inconvenienced to do this job and look up from their phones when needed. Overall, I wont be staying here again.
