Great property, but bring ear plugs for I-95 noise if you're sensitive to that kind of thing.

I loved the shower. Great water pressure. The bed was comfortable too. Only thing is I would have liked the pillows to be larger and also I could not figure out how to shut the curtains on the windows so light was in. I did not want to bother anyone though.

I was charged by you for my room stay and then when I got there to check in I was charged again. I was just told by the hotel that I would need to get my refund through you guys

Staff on site that night was excellent. We phoned ahead to say we would be arriving after midnight. Shauna was great and had us checked-in in less than 5min. That was the last happy part of the $160 experience... First, the lock to our door was broken. The keycards, even after resetting them, did not work. We had to keep someone in the room while we did breakfast in shifts. If not we would've been chasing down Housekeeping every time we needed to get back in the room. But Housekeeping couldn't open with their key either! It was like we got lucky one time to open the door and that was it. The 2nd issue was the air conditioner. Every time we turned it on, every 5-10 min it made a loud, persistent, rhythmic, mechanical rattle. We were either hot, or getting blasted awake by the motor noise. I know...all hotel ACs are noisy. But this one was enough to startle us awake every time it went through its crazy rattle cycle. We brought up our issues and staff were concerned but obviously couldn't repair a lock and noisy AC at 2am. We couldn't have our room switched because there was no vacancy. Staff phoned the manager, who was not onsite. We were told that he would call my cellphone soon. We will not be staying in a Best Western again. Not because of a broken lock and AC. Again, onsite staff did thier best. You lost our business because the manager never contacted us at all. We just wanted an "I'm sorry" or something. NOTHING.
