"Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service at Shinagawa Prince Hotel
We stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel for 4 nights when we first arrived in Tokyo, then returned for 1 more night after spending 5 nights in Kyoto — and everything about our stay was fantastic.
Before returning, we had arranged to leave 2 large suitcases at the hotel, and they stored them for free during our Kyoto trip, which was incredibly helpful.
When we returned for our final night, there was a small issue with our reservation — our daughter was not included — but the front desk staff handled it promptly and kindly. They managed to find us a room with three beds, which made our last night in Japan very comfortable and stress-free.
The location next to Shinagawa Station is ideal for getting around Tokyo and to the airport. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the overall experience made us feel well cared for.
Highly recommended, especially for families. We’ll definitely stay here again!"
