Great staff, always willing to help. Very clean room and a very big variety for breakfast which was excellent. Parking is very safe and so much to do in the hotel, from restaurants, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, live piano player every night and more.

That alone shows a clear lack of empathy and basic hospitality. At a minimum, situations like this should be anticipated and accommodated—whether by prioritizing ground-floor rooms or offering proper help. Instead, the experience felt indifferent and poorly managed. Overall, the combination of outdated facilities and the staff’s disregard for guest circumstances makes this place hard to recommend."
