Most everything was great about this hotel. Was not far from pretty much everything my wife and I went to. Took an Uber pretty much everywhere since everything was close. Hotel staff was very friendly from the valet, front desk, and bartenders. Check in was very easy. The only negative thing would be the train tracks next to the hotel. I was on the eighth floor and constantly heard trains going by.

Room was ok. Actual hotel was a lot better. Received an extra small room but I didn't really have any complaints because I knew I'd be spending very little time in the room. Will definitely be going back.

Very, helpful friendly staff. Very clean! Great breakfast. Older refurbished hotel so the rooms are kind of small.

"Great hotel connected to the convention center "
This is a beautiful hotel. I had a standard room with 2 queen beds. The beds were very comfortable and pillows abound. Great view of Dallas from my room. Enjoyed a bath while watching the TV in the bathroom mirror. Can't get that at home! Breakfast was delicious but pricey. They do charge for wifi also. Things that are complimentary at lesser hotels. Lots of places to eat and sites to see. Wonderful hotel staff. Quick and courteous. Was able to check in early. Would stay again.

"Great boutique hotel"
This hotel is a great find. If you're looking for a hotel with some flair this is the place for you. It's fun and swanky but still has everything you need for the business traveler. It's near the airport and easily accessible to the highway. I would stay here again.

"Destination Dallas"
I booked a double queen bed and when we got there, they gave us a King bed and said I had never booked a double queen room. I had the email to prove it so it kind of made me mad. They did get us a rollaway, but still, don't guarantee a room only to not have it unavailable. I will think twice before using Travelocity and booking at the Crescent.
