"Lovely stay overall. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Fredericksburg, and the property itself is charming and comfortable. I slept really well, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The only downside was that the wifi didn’t reach my room, which was inconvenient. Aside from that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again."

"It was a great stay! Comfortable beds, lots of towels, close to the downtown strip and restaurants. Hot tub was clean and perfect place to wind down after a long day, however, it was a bit slippery inside so one must be careful getting in, out and walking inside. That was the only thing "wrong" with the stay. No complaints and would stay again if we come back to the area."

"We were so happy with our stay! The hosts were responsive and kind and the place itself was wonderful. Big, clean and close to everything. The pool and hot tub space is great! The home has everything you could ever need. Tons of towels including pool towels, toaster, pots/pans, grater, baking pans, grilling utensils, tons of plates, bowels, cups, wine glasses, I could go on and on. They were also generous with necessities like TP and paper towels. All very convenient. We really enjoyed the game room where we played many games of pool. Would stay here again without hesitation!"
