Staff were fantastic. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the heated pool and hot tub in November! Nice peaceful setting yet so wonderfully convenient to walk to downtown spots! Will definitely come back.

What a great place to stay in Fredericksburg! Easy walk to Main St. Rooms were fine, while grounds and amenities were superb. Great heated pool, nice hot tub, TV and wood burning fireplace you can enjoy from the hot tub, plus two additional fire pits and another outdoor fireplace nearby. Landscaping and flowers on property were beautiful, too, and it all sits right beside peaceful creek. Solid breakfast and helpful front desk staff. All around a great place to stay.

Not overly impressed - had booked a “poolside” suite, couldn’t even see the pool from our room. Courtyard is very large - 3 buildings in an L shape. Our room was on the back corner of the 3 rd building. 100 yards+ from the pool area. And also 2nd floor!! No elevators!!!! Large rusty staircases with 3 large bags wasn’t easy…. Room was decent - although we were greeted by a large grasshopper in our bathroom, they’re everywhere on the grounds so I understand how it may have snuck in. At night many lights on upper walkways not working, grounds definitely need some upkeep! Would not return

Location, Location!!

We always stay at Fredericksburg Inn and Suites because the owners are always improving, the money goes back into the facility. Friendly staff great breakfast and plenty of seating area with great outdoor fireplaces and fire pits and 2 beautiful pools and a hot tube. Within walking distance to Main Street

Quiet and relaxing stay

We stayed here based on previous reviews. The rooms and the amenities were superb, clean, and very relaxing. We enjoyed the dipping in the pool after soaking in the jacuzzi. The landscaping was beautiful. The breakfast had great selections.

Upgraded to a King Suite. You have to enter from the outside which is motel like. Suite was very old looking. Standard furniture. There was a roach on the ceiling upon entry. Pool was awesome. People enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was very standard and mid at best. Not worth the money.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short. There were various insects including roaches on the furniture and in the bathroom. The room was nothing like what we expected from the ads or description on your website.

It was okay

The breakfast was really good. Service was good. Very close to Main Street. The pool areas were really nice. Easy parking. Only issue is the bathroom and carpet in the rooms. The room is updated, however the carpet had an actual circular hole in it near the bathroom area. The bathroom itself needs better ventilation. There was evidence of mold and water damage throughout. Looks like they tried to “repair” cover over the damage, but it needed a total rehab. This hotel was okay for us because it was a quick getaway. But I wouldn’t stay here as a “special occasion” place.

9am told front desk about cleaning my room,came back 11am no cleaning yet,went shopping 11:30am told them we are coming back in 2 hours and they told me again is going to be ready,came back 3:15pm and guess what?,people in charge of cleaning the rooms GONE FOR THE DAY!!! I complained again and by 4pm finally someone did it.That's my only issue with this people.Everything else was good. Thank You.
