The rooms were very nice and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The check-in process was smooth. I liked the fact that you got a discount at the Waffle Spot. The only slightly disappointing thing was that the shower could have had better water pressure. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t like that at check in they charge $15 for parking non of the hotels I stay charge for parking and also that they charge your debit card for $100 refundable deposit after you already did the reservation online

Next door neighbors woke me up at 7AM. Noisy no respect. Parking was full but one spot left when I checked in

Ryan is who checked us in and was very attentive and informative. He made the check-in process easy. We arrived a little early for the normal check in. Ryan did suggest a couple areas to eat while waiting for check-in time. Anytime we needed anything Ryan was very helpful, answered any questions, and made enjoyable to reach out to the front desk. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Pool is heated, but maybe not as heated as it could be, as it was slightly chill first getting in.It was a nice enjoyable relaxing swim after a long day of adventures and being on our feet. The two restaurants on site were convenient, you do get a discount if you mention you are staying at the hotel, but won't give it to you unless you mention. The food was good, service did take a while,servers were not the most friendliest at both restaurant. The rooms were decent with the exception of the bathroom, as it is on the small side. Toilet and shower are in the same room, there's just barely room for one person. Sink counter is limited on space. The beds do make a spring noise when you sit, lay or rolling in but are comfortable. They have hardwood floors, You can hear freeway traffic with the windows open. It takes a while for the room to cool due to the way the one AC vent is pointing. you might want to set temp cooler than what you normally would. The fridge keeps your stuff cold just don't set it too cold or it will freeze your drinks and food, like it did for us. Overall a nice stay.
