I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The hospitality was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. One standout feature was the security team roaming the perimeter, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe and secure. What’s more, the staff was incredibly understanding—when I forgot to put up my parking pass, they kindly gave me a warning instead of penalizing me, which could have easily ruined my vacation. It’s these small gestures that make a big difference. The hotel is also very accommodating for service animals, allowing them free of cost, which is a huge plus for travelers who rely on them. Additionally, there are multiple access points to reach your room, whether you prefer to stay active by taking the stairs or use the convenience of the elevator. The breakfast selection was another highlight, offering a great variety of healthy options to start the day right. The location is fantastic, situated in a really nice and easy-to-navigate area, making it simple to explore all that San Diego has to offer. From the friendly staff to the thoughtful amenities, this hotel truly goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Clean room, complete with refrigerator and microwave. Complimentary water, and very pleasant staff at front desk. Breakfast buffet was good and set me up for the day. Furniture in room was a little worn, and parking was expensive, but that is true everywhere. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel was exactly what I’d hoped for as I was just passing through. What I didn’t expect was how accommodating & friendly Yolanda was getting me all checked in! She was very compassionate with the fact that parking has gone up so much in San Diego which I was kind of complaining about.

First room smelled like an onion-smelling, sweaty armpit. Fortunately, they accommodated us with a different room right away. Then the rest of our stay was excellent.
