Staff allowed weed to be smoked in rooms, refused to call cops and would not refund cost of stay for rooms. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Management didn't respond to emails about issues. Would not recommend staying here. Not safe place for kids.

Yall were excellent with service and hospitality. Hotel could use upgrading and restoration plus the left side of the pool where the other hot tubs did not work at all other then that everything was great !

UPDATE NEEDED IMMMEDIATLY

The hotel was clean, but SO old and run down. I did not have a balcony and believed I was going to. The window with a railing in it had the couch right beside it and I have children. I had to move the couch so my kids wouldn't have the ability to jump over the railing! Really?! The ONLY reason I didn't leave and demand my money back was because the place was clean and no bugs. Gotta spend money to make money, people!! Also, and most importantly...PUT CURRENT AND ACCURATE PICTURES ON YOUR WEBSITE! What I saw on your website and what I walked into were to VERY different things. Be honest. Do better.

This property is a dump. Don't stay here!

Hotels.com got this one very wrong. If they had visited the property they would have see the condition the property was in. It was rated good, but should have been terrible. It was a dump. It needs millions of dollars in upgrades and fixes. Not to mention the druckin parrot bar was so loud you could not get away from it. One of the pools was closed with green slime. The location was good but nothing about this property was satisfactory.

Quiet and relaxing vacation

We stayed in a studio suite with one queen bed, big kitchenette and nice size bathroom. Only thing I was a little disappointed in was the lack of a balcony but that was my fault when booking. We did have a huge slide window that opened up so we could hear the waves and watch the ppl on the beach. Beach access was great... Not busy and super quiet. Great accomodations for our dog and the pet fee was reasonable compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Myrtle. We will definitely be back to enjoy another vacation here...

Great location with a beautiful ocean view. The bed and pillows were of high quality and very comfortable. The unit was equipped with everything we needed, from silverware to a dishwasher. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. The only downside is that the resort is a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates.

The hotel overall is more run down than we have stayed in prior in north myrtle. The hallways are dark and it would be a huge improvement to lighten them up somehow. However that being said. Our 1 bedroom studio was fine except for the old couch that both me and my husband refused to sit on. They are making upgrades to the building and changing carpets. Our room didnt have carpet. And the kitchenette came in handy.

Pictures are not what you get

First don’t expect what you get to match the pictures. This place was tiny, very cramped and not clean. The bedroom may have had 6 inches of clearance between the bed and walls on all sides. The couch was equivalent to sitting on the floor. The shower knob- well good luck. And finally don’t plan to use the kitchen unless you plan to bring your own pots and pans. However, the dishwasher and fridge were good. We bought Lysol, just saying….
