"Overall room was nice. A few things I noticed to make me give it 4 stars. - the coffee maker was gross covered with dust and grime - I understand being charged a deposit for the room, but being charged for parking and wifi when I’m already paying a lot of money for a room is ridiculous, also I did not see anything when booking the room about needing to pay for parking and WiFi upon checking in - they require you to bring your own water bottle to refill with water at their water stations, which I do not remember seeing anything about this either until already checked in"

"I honestly didn’t like anything about it compared to other hotels at the same stars. The room that we paid for supposed two queen size I but they are more like full or double sizes. (4.6-4.9 ft wide to be exact). The sheets had spots on them, same the furniture. I had to call the supervisor to clean some blood spots or something red/brown from the nightstand. the phone had like green toothpaste on it. I have pictures of all of these. I asked to change the room , they refused and sent someone to do a little wiping. like seriously it was the worst experience we had… there were spots on the carpet; just awful! Waste of money and luckily, we stayed only one night… awful view as well. We Supposed to have a courtyard view but we faced a full wall in front of us. Parking valet was $50 or $40 to park yourself. When we stayed at the Four seasons, a night before, the parking was included. The room was nice and clean. Everything was great and for $60 more as you don’t have to pay the parking,it was more it was worth it. Won’t stay at this Live by Lowe again."
