Staff was fun and friendly. Apparently there was an issue with the fire alarm system… supposedly the alarm got pulled in the evening, but then they went off again at 4am, so not sure about that. Our non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarettes. We were a party of 4 and had 2 bath towels in our room, but after asking for 2 more bath towels twice, we were handed 2 pool towels (that barely wrap over your shoulders). Plus side, breakfast was good! Maybe it was just an off weekend.

50/50 on what you get

Checkin was slow as there was 1 employee working. Got to my room and found out air conditioning was not working. Maintenance did look at it and couldn’t fix it so I had to move to another room. It was a ways away from my original and was not overly excited about that. Fast forward to my 2nd night and around 10pm a guests child set off the fire alarm from leaning on the pull station. Very annoying as it took 10-15 minutes to get it shut off. Then around 4am it went off again. This time from a guests shower i was told by the front desk. While these were not the hotels fault, they were an inconvenience and no compensation was ever offered due to the 2 alarms going off.

The poor guy at the counter looked very busy with check-ins the few times we were there but he was very friendly and quick with our check-in. A lot of the other complaints came up here, we did not have a bath plug but they brought it to us immediately. The pool was over chlorinated so we couldn't go but both the morning staff and night staff were very kind about it to my child. Our breakfast was really good. I'm not sure where other people are staying but for this price point, it was great. Rooms were outdated but clean, some elevator was broken. The cleaning crew were nice as well. I felt like we got a good deal.
