"The a/c did not work propetly.We managed because we had fans with us. It was a very busy weekend for graduation and was always crowded. I booked it because of the beautiful pool, which we only used one time during the day. In our room was really worn and needed to be replaced and the floors need to be mopped . The game room needed much attention. The pool table had a rip, and the balls were not correct. The fuse ball machine was broken. We were able to play and connect for and that’s it."

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with a great blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, with restaurants, attractions, and shops within walking distance. We especially loved the unique character of the property, the relaxing atmosphere, and the attention to detail. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to coming back."

"We got there and had prepaid. Never had a deposit charged before. 100 was the deposit and I wasn't prepared to pay that. Said it was policy. And that it was posted everywhere. I've never seen a sign or had not seen it on expedia. Took an hour until they waved their "policy" of a 100 dollar deposit and gave us the room. Thanks to a very understanding laundry lady we got the room."
