Will stay next door on our next visit

Our flight was late so it was after midnite for the check in. This hotel is multiple buildings. We were given instructions at the desk which were confusing (and wrong). We ended up walking around the complex trying to find the right building. No elevator that we could see and the buildings weren't connected by a walkway. Had to lug our suitcases up and down steps to find the right building/room. Desk clerk told us if we got lost we could call on one of the hallway phones and they would attempt to direct us. A security guard was sitting at his desk in the lobby watching the conversation. We were a little apprehensive about walking around outside after midnight, but he made no attempt to offer an escort or help. We fly out of El Paso. often and usually spend the night for the convenience. We will use the hotel next door from now on. Much more friendlier customer service.

Needs an upgrade

Staying here was OK it’s very old needs to be upgraded. The lobby is nice, but the bedrooms are OK when we arrived the building they want us to go to the keys did not work to get into the gate and so we had to drive back to the lobby and get a different room if they knew the keys were not working in the gate doors why send us to the building instead of walking through the hotel. Which they ended up making us do. Don’t eat the eggs or sausage from the breakfast they weren’t cooked all the way through. There are other options for the breakfast.

The rooms did not look as the pictures depicted. It was a place to sleep and close to the airport. Staff was very nice but hotel was very old.

Check in was pretty bad, I ask for a room in the tower instead of by the pool the lady say I had to cancel my reservation with Expedia and pay her additional money for a room in the towers, not only she refused that she also send me to the room further away, I stay at this hotel 4-5 times a year for the convince of the airport but going forward I will reconsider Thanks

We were not pleased that the one of the female employees entered our room without knocking and letting us know who she was. Unsafe entry as we were not expecting an employee to enter our room. We appreciated the upgrade to junior suite - and the overall convenience of the location to the airport, store inside hotel property, bar, restaurant, breakfast was all great.

Excellent option close to airport.

It was what I was expecting. Shutlle picked me up at airport with all my luggage, check in was fast and easy, room was conformtable with enough equipment. Breakfast was good with good options hot and cold. Overall I feel satisfied.
