Front desk staff were cheerful, engaged and polite. Room was basic but clean. Fridge & microwave were clean and worked. I did not try the TV. The room was surprisingly quiet even though the facility is near a freeway. Next to one restaurant and close to a good coffee shop. I did not use the pool but it looked clean. The only negative was the dog relief area; it was dirty and even though there was a marked garbage can to deposit poop in, and a bag dispenser, there were no bags with which to pick up poop!

I reserved a room online and was told it would be $61 after taxes and fees ... when I arrived, I was charged $78..I would like my $17 refund please.

So I got a hotel here it's motel 6 on the westside on Mesa there was bed bugs everywhere when I was about to go to sleep I look and I swear I can see the blanket moving on the other bed so I look closely and there's little bugs on the bed and then all of a sudden there was the biggest bed bug ever just crawling on the wall I have my own apartment I got a room there so I could get away where are a dayended up having to leave around 10 p.m. because there was bed bugs everywhere don't recommend this place very nasty I don't even know how it still open.
