There were blood stains on the duvet. I took pictures of the bedding as proof. They didn't offer housekeeping services, so I had to change the bedding myself. There were cobwebs in the coffee maker. When I called to complain they were rude and even charged me an extra day of stay. I have called the health department to report them. I also have filed a dispute with my bank regarding the extra charge for an additional day of occupancy. Do NOT recommend these facilities!

The hotel in general is filthy and unkept. The garbage containers in the hallways were overflowing. I reserved a King size bed whereas the room had a bed no bigger than a full. The entrance light was out of commission and the power outlets next to the tiny bed did not supply enough current to charge the phones. Lastly, the doors to the closet and the bathroom would not open or close correctly. Instead of Quality Inn we ended up staying at a roach motel. I am now exitant to use Travelocity for reservations.

Staff was no where to be found , had to wait 10 mins to get help . When I arrived they didn’t even check my ID to confirm I’m the person booking so anyone can easily be in there . Rooms were dirty , smelly , had bugs .

The counter person was nice but that didn't change the run-down condition of the room. There were blood drops on the cover of one bed. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it from the inside. The bathroom floor was badly warped and the toilet leaned to the left as a result. We came in at 2am so no time for changes and left by 6am so we lived with it but it was definitely a bad experience.

Horrible place. The pool was bright GREEN. The rooms were riddled with stains, burnholes, and visible handprints all over the window and headboards. Not to mention the hundreds of Pigeons living on each of the balconies, I was bombarded by 4 pigeons when I walked out onto the balcony. My room was PUNGENT with cleaning supplies that barely masked the smoking smell. Got a sore throat and migraine within 30 minutes of being there and only got relief when standing outside in the “hallway”. Of my party we had 5 rooms rented out, and they were all horrible.

I’m shocked this is a Choice brand hotel. You expect certain standards to be upheld as part of a national flag but they were not upheld in our room. Basic maintenance was lacking. The toilet paper dispenser was barely hanging onto the wall. I could have pulled it out if I wanted to. Stains in the bathtub- not sure if it was from hard water or if it just wasn’t clean. Microwave didn’t work. TV remote didn’t work. No Kleenex. No washcloths. The extra door lock (not sure what it’s called, the silver thing) was loose and not effective. Woke up at 3am to find roaches on the wall in the bathroom. Woke up at 7 am to find a huge roach dying on the middle of the bedroom floor. On the bright side, it was cheap and my car wasn’t stolen. I just wish I had been aware of the condition of the hotel before booking-but then I wouldn’t have booked here. There was a sign at the checkout desk that said “no refunds”. That was my first red flag. There is “not fancy but clean and maintained” or “not fancy, barely clean, falling apart”-this hotel was the later.
