Guy next door gamed all night. 2nd night, mass group from San Francisco California stormed in, all with the same volume. Literally partied/yelled/screamed until 6 AM across the entire giant location of this Holiday Inn. Was on sales trip with a huge amount of items to accomplish with 0 sleep final 2 nights of stay and 1st night.

We found our room not cleaned, when asked front desk they told me that cleaning the room was upon request, but no one told us this when checking in. We found this practice very odd and the answer in front desk unprofessional. Towels were not changed, bed and room not cleaned at all. The next day we needed new towels, ask for them at the front desk and they didn’t send them right away, we had to use damped towels to shower. About 45 minutes later they send them, but there were no longer needed. It was unfortunate because we are retuning customers, the hotel is remodeled and it seems that they want it to be more modern but the service is very questionable.

The first room the heater wasn’t working. So after couple hours they relocated us to another room and this room didn’t have a hot water heater in the morning when we were ready to go. And they offered us a discount and according with the receipt there is no discount on it. So please I’m still waiting for that.

Our stay started with us not getting the type of room we reserved and paid for. Your website and the Holiday Inn website showed a one-bedroom single floor room. We reserved that type of room as my wife recently had knee replacement surgery. The room we were provided was a 2-story loft type room with a spiral staircase. This obviously wasn't going to work but were told that's all that was available. We went to the front desk to complain and were told again there was no one bedroom rooms like we reserved available, and a refund wasn't available because we reserved through Expedia. They finally offered us a handicap room which we had no choice but to accept. Once in the room we discovered that there was no closet, no telephone, and the refrigerator didn't work. They did bring us a telephone, and repaired the refrigerator, but they had no portable closets, so they brought us a luggage cart which we had to walk around the 4 nights of our stay. We also prepaid for breakfast each morning. Our first morning we were greeted with a sign in the breakfast area apologizing for not being able to provide breakfast as there was a power outage. The first day our room was not serviced. The next morning, I asked the front desk how often rooms get serviced, she wasn't sure but said she would make sure it got serviced on that day. Well, our room only got service on our last day, and that is only due to constantly complaining! This was one of the worst hotel stays my wife and I have ever had!!
