BEEN BETTER

Pros: NICE
Cons: FRONT DESK STAFF
Location: BUSINESS TRIP
COULD HAVE BEEN LOT BETTER. THAT IS ENOUGH. WHEN U CHARGE A ROOM FOR AN EMPLOYEE , U THINK EVERYTHING IS PAID AND SHOW UP AND THEN HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING, AND WOULD NOT TAKE CASH. THAT IS A PROBLEM.

Pros: Very quiet and friendly staff.
Cons: No improvement needed.
Location: Airport, restaurants and entertainment near by.
Very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Excellent Choice

Pros: All accommodations were beyond reproach; I have no complaints.
Cons: This may be reaching, but I think a shuttle of some sort to downtown Chicago should be arranged for the guests; even if it would be weekend only.
Location: There aren't many things to do nearby short of eating at chain restaurants; hence, my recommendation for a shuttle downtown. :)
I was honestly VERY skeptical about booking here, seeing as it was so close to the airport (that I didn't fly in to, oddly enough) and usually these airport-side hotels are very basic. I am pleased to report that the hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was super clean and fresh, the lounge and eating areas as well. The concierge was SO accommodating and lovely, as was the rest of the staff. They were welcoming and energetic, always happy to help.

Great place to stay before flying in/out of Midway

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, complimentary airport shuttle
My family of 5 stayed overnight prior to flying home out of Midway. The staff was very helpful in getting us a large room for all of us with 1 King Bed and a pull out couch. We had dinner at Giordano's, just down Cicero Ave. and enjoyed great Chicago style pizza. We had time to eat the free hot breakfast (blueberry muffins, scrambled eggs, fresh waffles, oatmeal) before taking the complimentary shuttle to the airport for our 8:30AM flight.

Good place to stay.

I stayed for 1 night. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is clean, the room was clean and modern, and smelled good. I had a few problems, which may not be the hotel's fault. There was a pretty major storm the afternoon of my visit, and the tv reception was impacted for a while, which I understand. What I don't understand is why when everything was workng again, that 2 channels never worked. And it just so happens that one of the non-working channels was NBC, which is the home of the Olympics. As you can tell, I am a TV person, and I was greatly disappointed not to be able to see olympic events in the comfort of my hotel room. Also, when I came back from a late night engagement, I could not open my bathroom door ( which I closed before leaving earlier that evening). My room phone did not work (probably because of the storm earlier) so I had to go downstairs at 1 am to get a special key to open the bathroom door. Not fun. Overall, my experience was good. But since I was asked to give a review, I thougtht it best to give this feedback.

This hotel was a good place for my family and I.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, free shuttle service
Not wanting to stay in downtown Chicago because of cost, the Midway site provided a good place for a good price. The convenience of being able to get to the train service was a significant factor in staying at this hotel. The staff was great and the service was top notch. We enjoyed our stay in Chicago and the location of your hotel played a moajor role in that enjoyment.
