Fantastic gem in a great location; the staff are friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the price! Museum Campus is a 10-minute walk away, and plenty of other nearby attractions as well. Also, check out Yolk next door for breakfast; their omelettes will fill you up for a busy day of sightseeing, with lightning fast service and a great price as well.

Just a heads up, this hotel, while advertising here in Travelocity has valet parking, it does not. You’ll have to park at a nearby garage, so if you’re coming for an event I would book a spot prior to your trip or might have a walk to find a garage that’s open. The elevators sound really rickety, so if you’re anxious about elevators, be wary of this. Overall all it was clean, and was in a great location.

The location is great to be able to get to Museum campus! Very walkable even with little kids! It’s far quite far from things like Willis Tower. Easily walkable if you’re an adult. With kids it’s a long hard walk. The room was OK. The bathroom was gross. So gross that we didn’t feel comfortable showering. There were splatters of white (maybe toothpaste) all over the walls, there was no place to hang the hand towels, the door was rotted out at the bottom and the amount of dirt and rust on the hinges was awful. The floor in the room barely looked vacuumed, and when we pulled out the sofa bed crumbs fell all over the place. The room was a very weird set up as we had a suite. To get to the beds we had to maneuver around a giant puller in the room that had raised tile. We smashed our feet on it several times since it’s such a small space to squeeze through. The head boards had handprints all over them. So they clearly didn’t wipe those down. It’s really a you get what you pay for type of place. We liked the location, but the pictures were very deceiving. The elevator stopped and opened on level two and I’m not sure if that’s where the staff have offices or if they actually have people stay on the floor but from what we saw it was the most disgusting area The carpet was horrifying if people do stay on that floor the hotel should be embarrassed. The staff was friendly and helpful, one evening employee was so great with our kids we really appreciated that. Overall it was a 5/10

The location and staff are wonderful. The rooms are small and the beds are full size not queen. I liked having valet parking remove the hassle of finding parking and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted (museums, dining, shopping).

Hotel crew was super nice. The main concern is the facility itself. Looks like a Cheap hotel, like Day’s Inn. Basic hotel. Breakfast area for a on the same reception area.
