The location of the hotel is wonderful. Close to everything! The staff was awesome and very helpful. I called and while they don’t have transportation from the airport to the hotel, the train fife cost only $5 and takes about 30 minutes to get there. Paula gave me perfect directions to get to the hotel safely. My ONLY issue with the hotel is that while some things are new and modern other things are not. For example the bathtub did not drain properly so my husband and I had to constantly clean the shower because soap scrub and dirt would filled the shower after each use. It would take 15-18 minutes for all the water to drain! The heater was so loud at times it would make such a loud boom I would get startled. At night sleeping it was so frustrating. The carpet in the elevator was filthy. While the elevator worked fast, the buttons could not keep up. I would literally have to punch the 8th floor button in order for it the work. Aside from these things, everything else was great. Would I stay here again, yes, because now I know I should take a plunger with me in for the tub and take the stairs rather than the elevator.
