Everything went smoothly and it was easy to access and communicate with the property owner. Based on the pricing, images and reviews, I assumed the property would be nicer. I think it's a great place for college-age or young adults; it's not meant for an adult who is used to staying in nice hotels or is traveling for work. Be ready to carry all your stuff up very old, uneven stairs, as there is no elevator. The beds and pillows were quite old; my bed had virtually no support and sagged in the middle, causing me severe back pain during the conference I was attending. The towels were small and threadbare, some with holes. There's very little space to place things in the bathroom while getting ready, and no full-length mirror. The bathroom floor is ancient and looks dirty, I wouldn't walk on it barefoot. The entire building seemed to be VRBOs and it's loud! There was banging and people running about upstairs well past the time we wanted to sleep. I stayed with 2 work colleagues, and none of us found it a comfortable place to sleep or get ready.
