No issues with this flight

Feb 18, 2020

Our Flight Attendant (CeCe) was so helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to make my kids and me comfortable. It was a nice flight but he made the experience even better. I regret that I didn't get his last name!

Feb 17, 2020

We put a man on the moon. Why is it so difficult to see there’s a better way to board the plane?

Feb 13, 2020

My entire flight experience from Charleston, SC to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton was fantastic!

Jan 28, 2020

Flight from VLD was delayed an hour but there was great communication letting me know and keeping me updated.

Jan 23, 2020

Would love to do it again at a good price again.

Very good flight...landed earlier than expected.

Sep 29, 2018

I did almost miss my flight because I was confused about my flight. My itinerary said that my flight was at 8:45 with a different flight number. The ticket I received in Raleigh said that my flight was at 8:10 with another flight number. Not sure what happened but thankful that I got to the right gate on time.

Sep 20, 2018

I had assistance and the person was so helpful getting me to a restaurant and also then to my gate.

Sep 15, 2018

American Eagle seats are really to small with limited leg room. But it was a good price friendly service a clean plane.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Scranton

These useful tips and hints about airport security procedures will save you plenty of time on your way to Scranton:

  • Make sure you know the location of your boarding pass and passport. You don't want to hold up the queue when you're asked to hand them over.
  • You'll have to stop the tunes for a short while. Headphones and earphones need to be taken off and put in a bin to be X-rayed. The same goes for items such as belts and heavy jackets.
  • Electronic items such as tablets, laptops and phones are always sent through the X-ray machine separately. Be sure to have them within easy reach.
  • Traveling with a new perfume or cologne? As long as it contains no more than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and it's stored in a clear zip-lock bag, you can keep it with you in your carry-on luggage.
  • Consider the type of footwear you want to fly in. Slippers are great because they're a piece of cake to slip out of for the airport security checks. Try wearing some on your next journey!
  • Some destinations have strict biosecurity laws. Consider where you're off to and whether or not you're permitted to fly with fresh fruit.
