Room was ok...best I can report is beds were comfortable, running hot and cold water. Lamps in the room missing bulbs?? Everything is "no smoking" but odor from the lobby in and on the floor, at least not IN our room. Other guests also complained about the odor and front desk was argumentative. Our room keys stopped working the afternoon of 2nd day, was given 1 key to replace 3 and told they could not do more or none would work. "Breakfast included" was oatmeal, cereal, bite sized danish or coffee cakes. All in all not worth the price! Checked out and moved to another Wyndam Hotel across town, hands down better in every catagory - and CHEAPER rate?!?

The staff was great no complaints there. However the pillows in the room are just terrible. The sink is perpetually clogged delaying groom activities. The room phone didn't work when I tried to reach the front desk I just got a busy signal, I tried to call the number with my personal phone and it wouldn't even dial, it just said the number was disconnected. There were children running around screaming at midnight-02:00 while I was trying to sleep and nothing was done about it until I had said something the following day. The top blanket I had had a brown stain and a booger on it, it's like it wasn't even washed and just put on the bed. If the comic con wasn't here, I definitely wouldn't stay at this hotel. The comic con is the only reason why I book here because of the convenience. But I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my colleagues or family unless it's for the convention. Otherwise this place isn't worth the price.

Room had blood on the mattress, yellow stain throughout blankets and mattress. Mouse dropping around the edge of the baseboards, water damage on the ceiling and drop ceiling was collapsing leaving pieces on floor. Tv was controlled by next room and floor had children and adults in the hall running and screaming. Worse experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life and my first time in 34 years leaving a review for a hotel because it was so terrible. Checked in and checked out in under 5 mins

The room was neglected, not cleaned, dust, hair, the bathtub and the wall was disgusting. There was hair bed cover, sheets, towels, and the floors. Even though I complained about the room I booked which was non smoking room and how nasty it was, the staff switched my room and gave a smoking room upstairs it was st the disgusting, yucky, and musty odors of cigarette smoke.

The room was not clean, there was powder residue all over the bathroom surfaces, the room was non smoking but smelled like smoke, the hot tub was not in service either. The staff were mostly pleasant and did their best to accomodate. But the hotel needs some serious upgrades and better housekeeping.
