This was our second stay at the Radisson in Scranton, and it’s quickly become our go-to whenever we’re in the area. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are consistently clean, and room-service breakfast in bed was amazing. Mitchell went above and beyond — super pleasant and incredibly helpful, especially during a busy check-in rush. The only downside is the pillows, which are a bit small and left me with a stiff neck, but if that’s my biggest complaint, it’s a minor one! Overall, another fantastic stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We will see you on January 30th and March 2nd next year!

Tiny king bed room, fan not working in bathroom which was about the size of a matchbook. Noisy room heater waking you up when it kicks on. Small elevators which is always filled with staff members making for a frustrating wait time. Pay for parking each day. Nice marble in main hall

The room was not clean. Human hair-both longer women's hair and shorter men's hair was on the bathroom floor. Gross. The room smelled weird--not pleasant. The curtains did not have dark/blackout feature to block light from neon signs outside interfering with sleep. I tried telling the staff at front desk upon check out but he didn't want to hear my comments and said to just leave a review. Overall the experience was poor.

The staff was welcoming and warm. and the space is impressive! My family had a great experience. Love the water pressure in the shower, it was like being power washed! We did not eat at the restaurant, but we will be back to do that next time.

The staff was nice at checkin, but no one actually came to the desk at checkout; they just told us to leave our key cards on the counter and they stayed in the back, behind a wall, the entire time. The room was also really subpar from what I was expecting for the price. The room had a weird smell when we walked in, almost like stale smoke and the bed was really uncomfortable, not like any other hotel bed I’ve slept in in the past. It was one-level above a box spring; very firm. I woke up the middle of the night with pain in my side from sleeping on it because of the bed and woke up with some back pain, also because of the bed. It was really uncomfortable and I had a hard time finding a comfortable position when I woke up in the middle of the night to try to fall back asleep.
