it's a new hotel so check out process was weird, they couldn't print us a receipt. The bar wasn't fully stocked

The location of the Hotel was ideal. Ten minutes or less away from everything in Mt. Pleasant, including the drive to the beach on Isles of Palm. Calm street and area- parking on the street or in the parking lot always available.

We would have given higher ratings here except for a couple things: housekeeping issues and a lack of communication over it. We were immediately impressed with the hotel, the room and the location. The amenities, including breakfast, were great. After one night, we were glad to have bypassed our usual hotel for this one. But there was a breakdown in housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned for 2 of our 4 days there. We spoke with management and they offered us (and others) a credit. The next day, another staffer explained that the issues arose due to overbooking and holiday-stay extensions made online. (It's unclear why our room was affected by it since we never made changes to our stay.) We're willing to give this hotel another chance and hope whatever glitches they had over the holiday are fixed.

This is one of the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. Breakfast bar is incredible! Would recommend this property to everyone.
