Im sure it was pleasant, i didnt stay. They wouldnt let me cancel 2 weeks leading up. They did offer a downloadable key entry through app. They may have gone all automated.

The HVAC thermostat didn't work properly and the chois was ON/OFF, and the toilet was not filling the water tank (I had to fix it every time that we used the toilet) and we reported these issues on the first hour of our arrival. The receptionist put a maintenance order, and nothing happened during our stay of four nights. The room was clean but small. Overall, we expected a better quality and more space from a room with king size bed and 4 star hotel.

Doubletree has never disappointed me. Great decor throughout the common areas and room. Staff is helpful and has a luxurious feel without paying rich folks' prices.
