"The hotel is in a great spot to access the historic centre. It’s really very well run and all the staff were friendly and super efficient. I hardly ever have a comment to make about the cleaning staff but Gloria serviced our room and not only was attentive to what we were using and replaced as needed with extras (eg coffee)but tidied our things and made the room look immaculate. The transfer arranged through the hotel worked great too. Another thing to mention is the free coffee, beer and snacks around the clock if you want them. Really excellent all around and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone."

"This was a one night stay to catch an early morning flight, this hotel is located across the street from Mexico City Terminal 1 accessible via a bridge and for customers arriving or leaving from Terminal 2 an excellent shuttle service is provided, the service was excellent it runs 24 hours. The reception staff was friendly, room was nice, comfortable bed, hot water in the shower was not working even when turning the know to Hot, cold water kept running, due to the short stay no other services, i.e restaurant or room service was ordered, overall it was a nice and quiet place for one night."
