Avoid staying here it smelled as soon as we walked in the room and we had COCKROACHES! When we arrived we saw the cleaning ladies they even had cockroach spray in their cart I’m sure owner is aware of the cockroaches in this hotel.

I didn’t get to stay! There was a mix up in my booking. The name of my reservation didn’t match the name on my credit card, so I wasn’t allowed to check in. I tried to explain. I called each the hotel AND hotels.com several times each to get it straightened out but the hotel staff was incredibly rude, didn’t allow me to talk to explain, and then they denied my cancelation. How is it possibly they wouldn’t allow me to check in because of the name mix up, yet it wasn’t mixed up enough to NOT charge my credit card. I was billed for a night I wasn’t allowed to check in for. Absolutely unprofessional!
