"The room was clean. Our TV was broken and so was the blow dryer. Great water pressure in the shower but my parent's room had very Low pressure. The pool was very nice. Staff were helpful. The bartender was very friendly."

"The room was HUGE. Way bigger than expected. Everything worked well. I didnt want to pay to Park via valet so I parked nearby on the street. There are parking spots on the street right in front of the hotel, but they are metered 8am-6pm. So we parked in front of the hotel and paid for parking in the morning one day ($1.50 an hour). All entry to building, elevator and room are done via an "app" or code. The codes all worked and this was no issue. Contacting the property via text message also worked well. "Overall score would’ve been a 5 for location, cleanliness, decor, etc; however, I hurt the back of my foot getting off of the bed due to some metal thing sticking out. Parking—find street parking—it’s cheaper especially if you’ll be out most of the day. There’s plenty around the hotel. Pay from 8:30AM-6:30PM—2 hrs max each time but you can update it on an app. Otherwise, hotel valet ($44 daily rate). Although you’re at the convention center, things are walkable within 2 miles—French Quarters, Riverwalk, and Caesar’s Casino. There are two buildings. I believe the attractive room photos are in the other building. Our rooms looked just like any other Hampton. Not bad, but would’ve been nice to experience the tall ceiling retro rooms they have in the photos. "
