We had black mold on our ceiling above the bed where the Air Conditioner blew out from the vents. The balcony jacuzzi was leaking / not properly functional majority of the stay which caused my partner to slip , fall and resulting into serious elbow injury. The staff was amazing, food was amazing besides the room issues. We were never transferred to a new room without the black mold, but other than that the experience was great!

buffet was not up to par, except breakfast. Mexican diner was ok. the burgers were awful. The transportation was great. The worst thing for me cause I have leg problem was all the steps. but if your young it won't be a problem. All I can say is the staff was so welcoming.

I loved so many things about our stay here - the staff, the food, the entertainment. Unfortunately, it was EXTREMELY noisy all night. From guests pathing until 4am in the hallways, to staff coming through the halls at 2am and throwing cutlery in to a metal bin. It was AWFUL. We complained to the check in desk (twice!) and they were pretty indifferent, so sad because the rest of staff were so amazing. We loved so many things, but if you’re paying for accommodation and that does not allow you to actually sleep, then I think that is pretty fundamental.

DO NOT be fooled by the Dreams name or Hyatt Brand.This was a low budget money hungry hotel.Terrible check in process who wanted to charge us adult fees for our child.I fought it, turns out after wasting almost 3 hours they were wrong.Second, we followed a restaurant dress code except my husband had shorts with his button down shirt instead of long pants.The lady tells us the restaurant requires men to have long pants.I said oh ok.As we turn to leave she says “but if you’re willing to buy a bottle of wine for $150 USD we can let you in shorts and all”.I was so disgusted I just walked out. Also,we purchased a tumbler for $20.We didn’t have our card on hand so we charged it to the room.When it was time to check out we get told “you have a final bill of $220”.I shouldn’t have been surprised but the check out experience was even worse. He says that it seems we rented a pool cabana. We were furious.We said “No, we only charged the cup”. That’s all. After being on the phone forever trying to straighten out the situation and even almost missing our shuttle he tried to say,”Ok, you’re all set. You just have to pay us the $20USD” So bells go off in my head.It can’t be that simple because I want to know where that extra $200 came from and how after so long it’s just gone with no explanation! He says “oh my partner must have added an extra 0”.There was no extra zero in $220 but my shuttle was there and I just wanted out of this shady place!

This property is beautifully designed. Employees are very friendly and helpful - all of them. They work really hard to give you the perfect stay. The restaurants are amazing and the presentation of dishes are stellar. They have many activities planned throughout the day. There is always something to do. The shows at night are very entertaining, and well planned. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 6 nights.

Resort ambience, pool, and activities are truly good. However, it doesn’t have enough variety of food, and everyday same type of food. Long waiting for the restaurants and it lacks the hospitality less welcoming. Limited liquor options which may affect your enjoyment. Don’t take any lucrative advice from VIP sales person that you can find near the reception area which might waste your whole day in meeting that you really don’t want. Limited options everywhere you can’t expect much if you complain it wouldn’t change anything.
