"The room was nice a bit outdated at for example the door of bathroom. The room Was a bit outdated as well. But good and clean. We upgraded to a room with balcony but that was a bad view looking into the next hotel parking and rooms. All in all a nice hotel but over priced. It was clean and no noise and yes I would stay here again for a cheaper rate. "

"Beautiful place to stay, had all the amenities we required. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the hot pool and sauna every night. Staff was wonderful. It was about 20 minutes walk to the heart of the town, with a convenience store right across the hotel and a wonderful restaurant in the hotel as well. I would highly recommend staying with the otter hotel for your stay."

"The property was great! The room was clean and quiet, and the staff fluffed it up daily while we were out hiking. The hot tub/pool area had a great ambiance with the lowered lighting at night and the smell of eucalyptus. The location of the lodge is great as it's right next to the center of town. It was easy to walk to restaurants, view the mountains, go to the historic Parks headquarters, etc. Although other reviewers mentioned difficulty in finding a parking space in the underground garage ($14/night), we never had a problem. We'd definitely return!"
