there was a dance convention going on and wait for elevators sometimes took over 10 minutes. before booking check if there is something happening that weekend and if it is look elsewhere

Stranded because the elevators won't work

The stay for the most part was okay. The restaurant selection is limited. Great lobby with plenty of seating. Starbucks in side the hotel What's was terrible was that I had to wait 30 minutes for the lifts on the 25th floor and the person who answered the service lines were so poorly trained and incompetent. Finally had to go up to the 35th floor and then come back down. Many others were stuck. Avoid this hotel if yorue going to check out or checkin at rush hour (close to the checkin / check out times).
