"Total Surprise"
At first glance, this may seem like nothing special, but the room was quite nice. Not huge, but sufficient. Flat screen w/Directv with plenty of channels. Small bathroom with huge stall shower. The real pearl in the oyster here the The Trophy Room downstairs. Extremely hip restaurant/bar with fantastic wine and beer list. Food was delicious. I did dinner and breakfast. Excellent. Located in a great brickstone neighborhood, just a couple blocks away from all the action. As long as you're not looking for a hotel with a million amenities, you will love this place. ●●●●○

"Fantastic Hotel"
I stayed at the Copley Square hotel with my partner this past Saturday as part of a night out for my birthday. Upon check in we were offered free wine and because it was my birthday the upgraded my room for free. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I slept great and we got room service in the AM which was quite reasonably price. All in all; a fantastic stay.

"Historic hotel close to Boston"
We loved our stay at The Kendall Hotel. My son & I visited Boston to see the Red Sox play & were very pleased with our time spent at the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly, the room was nicely appointed & kept very clean. My son is a firefighter & we really liked the fact that the main building was an old firehouse. Very cool! Lots of firehouse related items on display as well as antiques & folk art pieces. The breakfast was excellent & above & beyond your average hotel breakfast. The in room wifi worked flawlessly & we were able to print our return trip boarding passes upstairs in the solarium. The hotel is very close to a T station so we could hop on & go anywhere in minutes. My only complaint is that our trip wasn't longer. I highly recommend The Kendall & will definitely stay there again when in the Boston area.

"Great location"
The location is great right behind Copely and close to Prudential and the mall at its base. Legal Seafoods is close by. It's a tiny boutique hotel on a side street. Key code lock on doors. Woke up in middle of night as someone banged on the door for 5 minutes... guess they didn't have the code. Has only queen bed but there was plenty of room to put a king... they just didn't.
