Very happy with the hotel and the location. Staff was very kind and attentive. Had a little snag getting my car from valet before standard hours, but staff was helpful and solved the problem with satisfaction. Would definitely stay there again.

"Downtown Boston find"
The Chandler is a small hotel on the edge of the south end of Boston. Nothing fancy, but they do a good job of making it a pleasant experience. Very important side bonus is free on-street parking right on the street in front of the hotel if you can find a space - make sure you pay attention to the times though. It's only allowed from 6pm to 10am, and check for any resident-parking-only signs since they could change it at any time.

"Excellent historic hotel in a great location."
Came to Boston for a surprise birthday trip for bf. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Given a lovely room upgrade and a lovely surprise of a small bottle of wine and sweets and a bday card for my bf. The room was spotless and spacious and we had a lovely view of the Huntington St. Can't say enough good things about Copley Square Hotel. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Best of all Boston is an amazing city with the most friendly strangers we've ever encountered. Will definitely be back and will def be back to Copley Square Hotel.

"Charming hotel in Cambridge"
I needed this hotel on short notice for a business trip. Staff was friendly. The hotel restaurant the Black Sheep had good food and though small was charming. The room was really comfortable, WiFi was free. Arranging a taxi for 5:30 am was a little difficult. I asked the night before and it was noted, but when I came down in the morning, the staff didn't have a record of it. They were able to get me a cab and I made to my 6 am meeting in downtown Boston. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay there again.
