Nice little hotel and walkable location to Boston common. Complimentary coffee in morning added bonus. Room nice enough but could hear people above and mattress although comfortable very uneven and could do with changing.

The good: - Location -friendly staff - restaurant / coffee shop on premises. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent! - VERY small but comfortable room - good free WiFi The NOT SO good: - Despite the headline claim - breakfast IS NOT included. Very misleading claim. Included is a coffee and pastry but breakfast itself is offered at a 20% discount. - restaurant is nice but does not open until 8 am. Pastries available after 7:30 am. Very late for early risers or business guests. - bed is very small. So was the room. Not really comfortable for couples. - poor security. Anyone can just walk in off the street and gain access to the rooms via the ‘public’ elevator.

This hotel is definitely not 4 star hotel. To start, the lobby is super tight and the service mediocre. Our room was tiny with a fridge that was on the top of a cabinet so you had to be at least 5'10'' to reach it. The room was not made properly: after the first night of our stay the bed was put together as if it was made by a 2 year old. The on-the-go breakfast was a tiny croissant. All in all not 4 stars.

The rooms were not as pictured, it’s a boutique hotel so expect small. There is no window, rather it’s just a window opening up to a brick wall so no natural light at all despite the images online. The water pressure for the shower was non existent, the sink water comes out full blast almost hitting the floor it’s so strong, the shower water basically falls from the shower head, by the time it hits your body it’s basically a mist. Just felt like we got duped from what we were expecting. The “breakfast” and coffee is also a joke. Location is great but not worth the money at all.

Great choice boutique hotel

Very comfortable room, roomy enough and quiet despite the hotel being on a busy street. Convenient to everything. Steps from 2 different subway lines. Very interesting and dynamic section of Boston. Good value for an otherwise expensive city.

They did a good job of making a small space work with lots of shelves and hooks and a versatile little sofa (where I did my back exercises).
