This is a perfect place to stay and enjoy the gorgeous views from your private lakeside deck or take advantage of the many recreational opportunities nearby! Whether you are into golf, boating, summer fishing, ice fishing, hiking, or UTV trails, you will find all this and more just outside your door.

If you are traveling here in the winter months, you have the option of staying indoors and relaxing in the hot tub or taking a swim and then getting cozy in front of the fireplace for a low key, stress free getaway.

Feel free to bring the whole family as this condo has three queen sized beds along with a pull-out sofa sleeper.

You will also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. If you're not feeling like making your own meals, explore the wonderful nearby options in Birchwood and surrounding businesses.

This condo is located approximately 20 minutes east of Rice Lake and 35 minutes south of Hayward. Some nearby attractions are; Ice Age hiking trail, many ATV/UTV trails, shopping in Birchwood and nearby towns, Red Cedar chain of lakes, casinos, wineries, distilleries, biking, skiing, nature watching, Rice Lake Speedway, nature centers, community theatres, and more!

Additional property details:

Our condo's main level has one bedroom and one full bathroom (you will not have to go up stairs to access the unit or main level bedroom). A second loft-style bedroom and full bath are located on the upper level.

For additional sleeping space, there is a queen sofa sleeper located in the unit. There is another seating area in the upper level as well.

The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Utensils provided, along with pots, pans, bakeware, and dishes.

There is a fitness room next to the pool area.

Things to know:

There is a restaurant at the clubhouse on the property. The food is great!

There is no BBQ grill on site for public use.

Names of all guests staying in the unit will be required.

No animals are allowed. If we discover that an animal has been present, you will be responsible for additional fees.
