Centrally located in Sunriver, this home is close to everything you'll want to do in the area. Hot Lava Baking & Coffee is under half-a-mile away in the Village at Sunriver, and it's also just a short walk to SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center) for a swim. The living areas of the home are open and inviting, with a gas fireplace bringing cheer to the room. Settle down on the couch to watch your favorite cable show or a rented DVD, or put some music on the stereo for ambiance and chat with your friends. Use the WiFi to keep up with the goings-on at home, then head to the kitchen to prepare a meal.

The kitchen is a dream to cook in. Smooth countertops offer plenty of chopping space and there are outlets all around for convenience. The appliances are updated stainless steel. On a lazy Sunday morning, brew some coffee to get everyone going and then use the waffle iron, mixer, and blender to make a brunch feast. If you don't want to spend too much cooking, just toss some ingredients in the slow cooker, slide the prep dishes in the dishwasher, and head out about your day knowing that a delicious dinner will be ready when you get back. Alternately, use the gas grill outside to cook some fresh-caught fish and then enjoy your repast outside on the patio. When you've finished dinner, slip into your suit and soak away the day's aches in the private hot tub while watching the stars.

Upstairs are four pleasant bedrooms, offering space for up to 10 guests to enjoy this lovely home. The primary has a king bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a convenient walk-in closet. There is a second primary bedroom with a king-size bed. The other two bedrooms share a full bath; one has a queen bed, while the other contains two sets of twin-size bunk beds. All of the rooms have their own TV, so don't stress if people have different ideas about what to watch. There is also a futon and sofa bed available in the living room downstairs, in case people want to have a slumber party by the fire. With a half bathroom downstairs on the main level in addition to the three bathrooms upstairs, lines for the bathroom won't be a problem. A private washer and dryer clean up those inevitable messes when spending your days outside in nature. There are plenty of things to do nearby, delighting groups of friends on a trip or a family on vacation. In Fort Rock Park, a mile away, you can play tennis using the house tennis rackets, and golf is just a few blocks from the front door. The home also has some adult bikes available so that you can see the area on two wheels! SHARC is the perfect place to while away a warm summer afternoon. Between the pools, hot tub, tubing hill, and waterslides, aquatic fun abounds, and if you don't want to get wet you can always play a game on the basketball courts. There's also a sand play area for little ones, a playground, a cafe, and a picnic area. If you're in the mood for nature-oriented fun, go fly-fishing in the Deschutes River and catch some redband or rainbow trout, or get out on the river itself on a kayak. If you're up for a bit of a drive, Mt. Bachelor is only 21 miles away and has some of Oregon's best skiing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
