Met my expectations. Have stayed at Quelah properties many times over the years. Community pool access and proximity to bike trails (5 minute flat terrain ride to Sunriver Village) for the kids makes it easy to overlook the older decor (we’re outside anyway). Very family friendly.

JUST LOVED THIS PLACE!!!

We felt so comfortable in this home and all of our needs were perfectly met. Ample firewood was there, the kitchen stocked with everything we could possibly use!!! LOCATION PERFECTLY CENTRAL TO EVERYTHING (we were in town, we were skiing, we had friends in other areas, 3 mins to center of town). The layout was so great with the bunkbeds for the 15 and under and the 2 large bedrooms for my husband & I and the one downstairs for my sister. WE HAD A BLAST - so easy!!!!! I can't wait to come back and use the bikes. LOVED IT!!!! The only note is that the bunkbeds are squeaky and I really hope they update them for our next stay!!!

Not a good home for seniors

Overall this home was adequate. However not a great place for people with disabilities. We chose this home for the bedroom and bathroom downstairs for my 85 year old father in law. However, the shower was not equipped with a bar or anything for him to stabilize himself. The few steps leading to the front door were tough on him too as there was no railing. For me personally, this was a great home! Just not accessible to people physically challenged and the stairs were crazy loud! Squeakiest stairs EVER!

Great stay

This place is exactly as advertised. We needed something kinda last minute for the holidays, and this one was available for the right price. Luxurious and spotless it is not, but it was all we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans and everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds and stairs are very squeaky, so I would not recommend for light sleepers or babies. The beds were not super comfy, but fine. There were eight of us staying and only seven dining room chairs which was kind of annoying. The location is great! We walked to tubing and the nature center in the snow using the path system. The SHARC passes come with the place, so that was nice. The property management did not allow for early check ins, and had quite a few emails, one of which required extra action to stay, so just be aware.

We love Quelah

We love Quelah but we’re disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen floor was filthy. I had to mop it right when we got there. We have a 1 year old grandson that spends a lot of time playing on the floor and we were not comfortable with him on the carpet or vinyl flooring. That was her disappointing and Made us question the cleanliness of the entire unit.
