"We had wonderful stay at Christine’s place. The backyard is an awesome space and we really enjoyed spending time outside. It also gave us peace of mind to let our dog out in a safe, fenced in area. We are preparing to move to the area and the Christine’s property was a great home-base for our house search. Close to multiple parks, trails, restaurants and downtown Littleton. Loved that we could host a backyard BBQ dinner for family members who live nearby. The grill worked perfect! "

"The room was clean, the room seems more like a collage dorm. However, for the price it’s not bad. The beds aren’t the best, they only provide a sheet and no comforter. The bathroom is great and the water pressure and hot water were great. The view is great if you’re on the front of the building. "

"House is just what we needed. Had a bunch of family fly in for my daughter’s wedding and this home did not disappoint. It’s exactly (if not better) than the description. A lot of places leave out some items but not here. Our stay was amazing and if I ever need another place to sleep many people in Denver, I’m choosing this house again. Thank you Jim!"

"The listing initially stated the unit had a kitchen upon Arrival I noticed there was no Kitchen.. When I asked the host she stated there wasn't a kitchen listed.. Which she immediately changed but I had a screenshot of it stating it did.. Owner was very kind but also there was no privacy She entered the section we were paying for constantly without notice Despite the owner being dishonest about the listing it wasn't a bad stat just misrepresented "
